Brianwood #65

The owners of this unit have a toddler of their own and have furnished a port-a-crib, eating chair, XBox with games, and plenty of toys  to help you and your family  enjoy your stay. All rooms have a pleasant meadow view and the unit offers local phone service and wireless internet. The master bedroom and bath are private, then the second bedroom offers a full size futon bed and two upper bunks for the kids. The cozy decor and comfortable furnishing will make you feel right at home when you snuggle up around the fireplace. New kitchen appliances and plenty of cooking supplies will make the cooks of the clan happy and content.  There is a sofa bed in the living room if needed, but with the kids bedroom set up for 4, the whole family should have sweet dreams in their own private space. Pets allowed with a $250 Security Deposit.

Amenities
Brianwood offers a common area laundry room and game room located in the building next to the north end of Building #2. Entry code information will be in your unit.

Driving Directions
Upon entering Brian Head, continue on Hwy #143 until you see the main parking lot to Giant Steps lift area on your left. Turn at the next left onto Vassels Road. Brianwood II is the next building on your right. Turn into its parking lot and go down to the far end of the building to park. (There are entrys on each end of the building.) Enter through the left door that leads to the stairs, go up one flight and into its hallway. #65 is a few doors down on the left.
